Kathy began her professional fundraising career in 1988 as Director of Development Activities and Volunteers for Judson Montessori School. In 1995, Kathy established her own company, providing event management services to such clients as San Antonio Academy, Mission Road Ministries, San Antonio Symphony League, and Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation.
As her company evolved, Kathy directed her attention toward consulting, coaching and training nonprofit organizations in the strategic design of special events. Since 2005, Kathy has focused her energy on developing signature events and relationship building activities for her clients that are part of an integrated development plan.

Becky Cunningham, Marketing Coordinator
ContactBecky has been working in the Human Resources field since 1995. Her primary focus was in corporate training where she was responsible for developing e-Learning materials and computer based training. Some other responsibilities included handling vendor contracts with printers and outsourced training companies and tracking all training attended by the company’s employees. She served on her company’s United Way committee for 6 years. Since leaving the corporate world, Becky served as Assistant Vice President for her local MOMS® Club chapter for 5 years, partnering club members’ service efforts with community needs.
Becky and her husband reside in San Antonio, Texas with their two boys.
Kathleen Messina, Project Coordinator
Kathleen brings with her nearly 30 years of administration and organizational experience. Her career history covers a spectrum that includes education; nonprofit administration, research, and support, as well as administration and management in the for profit arena across a variety of industries. This background has fostered the development of a broad range of skills and expertise that will effectively support the work of KMAC & Associates. In addition Kathleen teaches for Inspire Fine Arts Center and creates a line of wearable art through her company Mariposa Designs.
Nancy Froelich, CPA
ContactNancy Froelich, CPA & Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor, has owned her own tax and consulting business since 1991. Her education includes a B.A. in Business Education, and an M.S. in Accounting. She has worked for large and small accounting firms as well as in industry in Texas, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Her experience includes working with small and medium size businesses, and she is very experienced in untangling a wide variety of Quickbooks issues.
