Activity Development
KMAC & Associates works with a select group of key leaders guiding them to finalize a signature event mission statement that embraces the top Focus Retreat priorities. The group explores and then adopts a series of potential support activities for initiating and strengthening relationships essential to the signature event's purpose. Finally, the group develops a master timeline, proposed committee structure, draft budget and list of potential partner candidates.
