Activity Evaluation

"Kathy MacNaughton recently assisted the San Antonio Christian Dental Clinic with the development of our first major public event – a Housewarming to introduce our new clinic on the Haven for Hope campus. Organized, innovative and creative, she proved to be a master at directing our committee towards creating an occasion tailored for our objectives. An important part of her process was facilitating a post-event evaluation. We were able to focus our attention on how best to build on the event to further our mission. She helped us create a plan to cultivate and engage guests in future activities and volunteer efforts. Our event would not have been as successful and our resources would not have been allocated properly without Kathy's wonderful counsel."



Following the signature event, KMAC & Associates facilitates an evaluation with a cross section of stakeholders to assess the efficiency and success of the signature event and supporting activities as compared to the goals and objectives established in the development phase. The process identifies the most successful components, greatest challenges, missed opportunities and potential new resources, and then a plan is developed to incorporate the findings into future fundraising activities.
